Project questions

Planning

What should I send with my request?

Send what you need, the preferred delivery date, your budget, and any files, content, examples, or access that are already available. Your message does not need to be polished or technical. I will ask follow-up questions if something important is missing.

How quickly can a project start?

Start dates depend on my current workload and whether your requirements and files are ready. After reviewing the request, I will confirm the earliest realistic start date. I will not accept a deadline that does not leave enough time to complete the work properly.

Can every project be completed within 3 days?

No. Most small and well-defined projects are completed within 1 to 3 business days. Larger projects receive a realistic timeline before work begins.

Project questions

Working together

How will we communicate during the project?

Most short projects can be handled through email, with a call only when it is useful. I keep messages direct and send an update if I need a decision, file, or clarification. If anything could affect the deadline or price, I explain it before continuing.

How quickly will you respond?

I aim to reply to new enquiries within 24 hours on business days, but this is a target rather than a guarantee. Urgent requests should include the exact deadline in the first message. During active work, I respond as quickly as possible when a question affects delivery.

Do you accept long-term work?

I currently focus on short-term freelance projects and fast turnaround requests. If your project requires long-term support, we can discuss the best approach before starting.

What will you need from me during the work?

You will normally provide the content, source files, access, and feedback needed for the task. Fast delivery depends on receiving these items on time. I am responsible for organizing the work, keeping you informed, checking the result, and delivering what is listed in the quotation.

How do revisions work?

The included revision round is confirmed before work begins. Focused requests normally include one clear review. Fixing something that does not match the approved requirements is not treated as a new revision. New work or a changed direction may affect the fee and deadline, which I will explain before proceeding.

Project questions

Pricing & payments

How is pricing calculated?

Pricing depends on the scope, complexity, timeline, and expected deliverables. You'll always receive a quotation before any work begins.

Can you help if my budget is only ₱1,000?

Yes, when the request is genuinely small. This budget may suit a minor website change, short report, simple document, focused spreadsheet improvement, or another contained digital task. I will be honest when the available budget cannot cover the complete request.

Can we negotiate the price?

Yes. Tell me your available budget and which result matters most. I may suggest a smaller first version, fewer deliverables, or a different deadline. The revised scope, price, and timeline are agreed before work begins.

What payment terms do you use?

Payment terms are confirmed in the quotation. A focused request may be paid in one amount, while a larger project may use an initial and final payment. You will know the exact amounts and due dates before work begins.

What happens if my requirements change?

I will explain how the change affects the price and delivery date, then wait for your approval before continuing with it. The original quotation stays in place unless we both agree to the change.

How do you handle confidential information?

I only ask for information and access needed for the agreed work. I do not publish your project details without permission. If you need a confidentiality agreement or specific file-handling rules, mention them before work starts.

Project questions

Delivery & support

Who owns the finished work and source files?

Ownership and usage rights are stated in the quotation or project agreement. After final payment, you normally receive the agreed editable files, source code, documentation, and rights to the completed work. Any third-party licenses remain subject to their own terms and are identified during handover.

Is website publishing included?

Publishing help is included when it appears in your quotation. I can connect the approved hosting account, publish the finished website, check the live pages, and provide handover notes. Domain, hosting, email, and other third-party charges remain in your account unless agreed otherwise.

Do I need to pay for ongoing maintenance?

No ongoing contract or recurring fee is required. If you need another update or small task after delivery, you can request it as a separate project. For work that genuinely needs regular attention, I can discuss a simple maintenance arrangement without adding services you do not need.

What support is included after delivery?

Your quotation states the support period after delivery. During that time, I answer handover questions and fix problems where the completed work does not match the agreed requirements. New features and changed requirements may need a separate quote.

Can you handle work needed sooner than 1 to 3 business days?

Very urgent work is subject to availability. The fastest responsible timeline depends on complexity, access, and how quickly you can return feedback. An additional fee may apply, and I will confirm the schedule and cost before you book.

Still have questions?

Send the task and deadline.

I aim to reply within 24 hours on business days and will confirm the fastest realistic next step.
